Today CAPITAL FIBERS has trained work force to engage itself in the corrective & preventive maintenance services of laid optical fiber networks nationwide.
CAPITAL FIBERS maintenance department is engaged in providing the following services since 2005 to the telecom operators.
Corrective Maintenance
This includes all those services which are to be executed based on the alarms escalated by the COMPANY. In such cases, connectivity will be down and system may or may not be running on protection and service availability of the network may be affected. These services would be executed under an emergency condition so all faults escalated under this should be rectified on immediate basis.
Preventive Maintenance
These include any tasks which will be executed to keep the network operational and the sole purpose of these tasks would be to prevent faults from developing in the goods covered under the contract. Periodic reports will form basis of the preventive maintenance services to be carried out.
Under preventive maintenance, all services will be carried out by the CAPITAL FIBERS which are required for keeping the network in good health.
Responsive Maintenance
All the threats to OFC network which need immediate action by the CAPITAL FIBERS are covered under Responsive maintenance. This maintenance would be executed on-call basis and action would be taken immediately. These services will be executed under care such that potential downtime’s are averted.
For all issues falling under responsive maintenance will have agreed delivery time lines based on case to case basis (as per the severity of the issue and on the nature of the problem) between COMPANY and CAPITAL FIBERS authorized representatives.
